Sometimes you need to “Slow Ur Roll” and take a little time for Recovery. This class combines Self-Myofascial Trigger Point Release, with Flexibility Training to deliver improvements in muscle recovery, movement efficiency, and flexibility. Roll out your personal “hot spots”, get rid of tightness in muscles, decrease stress, and increase blood flow.  An important component of your fitness program, at minimum every two weeks.  Your body will thank you.
