This is a customized a high rep resistance training class which is for sculpting and shredding.  Each “circuit” targets specific muscles group each day, and it’s important to make these classes a priority that’s why there are so many. Combines HIIT training, , super sets and plyometrics that burn fat.  Please know that this workout is for all levels, and we will adjust workouts if necessary to fit specific needs.

***NOTE: Similar to a marathon, these classes run on two different “heat times” so that instructor can properly demonstrate workout and check form before the next “heat” begins***
