Sometimes you need to “Slow Ur Roll” and take a little time for recovery. This class combines self-myofascial trigger point release with flexibility training to deliver improvements in muscle recovery, movement efficiency, and flexibility.

Roll out your personal “hot spots”, get rid of muscle tightness, decrease stress, and increase blood flow.  This class is an important component of your fitness program and recommended at minimum every two weeks.
