360 Body Blitz
Strength and Conditioning BOOTCAMP. Torch calories, have fun and put your stamina to the test with this total-body fat blaster. This class is designed to force your body to continually adapt to stimulus, as you go at your own pace, add lean muscle, burn fat, and increase cardiovascular endurance. This class combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT), plyometric, and compound exercises with supersets, and more. The “RESULTS” are consistent and measurable gains. Try not to love it!
This killer medicine ball class mixes cardio and resistance moves to help you build strength, train explosive power, and blast fat all while sculpting a tighter torso and flatter abs. The medicine ball is the simplest and most effective tool in the gym and who doesn’t love chicks playing with balls? BALL UP!!
Lifting weights is great, but to get the most out of resistance training, sometimes you need to mix things up a bit! BURN a little rubber and a whole lot of FAT with this comprehensive full body workout class that challenges virtually every major muscle group in your body with the use of loop and mini bands. Great class for every level of fitness. Total body toning till BURNOUT!
This is a customized a high rep resistance training class which is for sculpting and shredding. Each “circuit” targets specific muscles group each day, and it’s important to make these classes a priority that’s why there are so many. Combines HIIT training, super sets and plyometrics that burn fat. Please know that this workout is for all levels, and we will adjust workouts if necessary to fit specific needs.
Tabata is a high-intensity workout protocol that has superior fitness and weight-loss benefits. The intensity accumulates, peaking near the end, torching calories. Modifications are available for all levels. Tabata training is attractive because it saves a lot of time for people. It offers the maximum benefit with the least amount of time used to get those results. Working exercises of 20 secs of work 10 secs of rest for 8 rounds. HIIT HARD and HIIT QUICK!!
Find your unique flow in this heart centered yoga class that incorporates both breathing and movement with the use of fun and upbeat music. Throughout the class we will explore various asanas (poses) in order to exhaust the body, control the breath and calm the mind. You will leave feeling more in control and at ease the being you call home.
Get ready to work side by side with our fearless leader Leah. This ADVANCED class is an intense strength training class that pushes you to your limits. One of the keys to success is to keep your workouts scheduled and she likes to get her’s in early.

ROCK The Bells
We’re willing to bet that most people get interested in the kettlebell for one reason: it looks damn cool! This class consists of whole-body movement exercises that deliver cardio, strength, and flexibility benefits in a short amount of time and can be beneficial for anyone no matter the level of fitness. Movements are multi-joint and multi-muscle exercises that build strength, improve flexibility and burn fat and calories. AND WE ROCK OUT WHILE DOING IT!!
SLOW UR ROLL
Sometimes you need to “Slow Ur Roll” and take a little time for recovery. This class combines self-myofascial trigger point release with flexibility training to deliver improvements in muscle recovery, movement efficiency, and flexibility.
Roll out your personal “hot spots”, get rid of muscle tightness, decrease stress, and increase blood flow. This class is an important component of your fitness program and recommended at minimum every two weeks.

Being a member favorite, this class is built using 3 components of various classes that you’ll only discover when you show up.

Not for the “Faint of Heart”. Improve your performance and take your training to the next level in this Intermediate and Advanced Performance Class. This class uses a combination of TRX Suspension Training/Medicine Ball/Resistance Band/Jump Rope and Balance ball to complete the “EFFEX” you’re looking for. Develop strength, core strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. If you’re ready to step up your workouts, then this class is for you. Intermediate and Advanced members welcome.
